Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing ph69.biz, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the ph69 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understand their contents;
• You accept these Terms as a legally binding agreement;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party;
• You accept that ph69's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of the overall agreement between you and ph69.

2.2 These Terms are made available on the ph69 Platform at all times. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 ph69 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or limit access to any Player at its sole discretion, subject to applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 To register and maintain an account with ph69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted under applicable law to access and use the ph69 Platform;
• You are not a prohibited player under any applicable Philippine gambling laws or PAGCOR directives;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion on the ph69 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph69 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment processing partners;
• You are not a close family member (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of any of the above-described individuals.

3.2 ph69 will require documentary proof of age and identity (KYC verification) before processing any withdrawal. Documents accepted include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as the Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.

3.3 If ph69 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is below the age of 21, ph69 will immediately suspend the account, withhold access to any Balance, and commence a formal age verification review. If the Player is confirmed to be below the minimum age, all deposits will be refunded and any winnings will be forfeited. The incident may be reported to PAGCOR.

3.4 Players who register in violation of these eligibility requirements agree that ph69 may cancel the account and forfeit any balance without liability.

Account Registration and Management

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) ph69 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. ph69 will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ph69 relies on this information for identity verification, account security, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.3 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly email address, contact number, or bank/e-wallet details used for withdrawals.

4.4 ph69 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your account. ph69 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where the Player has shared login credentials.

4.5 ph69 reserves the right to close inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — following reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any remaining Balance in a dormant account will be held for a period in accordance with applicable Philippine law before being handled in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph69 login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph69 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

5.2 You must immediately notify ph69 customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. ph69's live chat support is available 24/7 for this purpose.

5.3 ph69 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and optional two-factor authentication (2FA). Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via the Account Security Settings.

5.4 ph69 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from sharing credentials, using unsecured devices, or accessing the Platform on public networks without appropriate precautions.

Deposits and Funding

6.1 ph69 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay-connected banks, and selected over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-volume deposits may trigger additional verification requirements in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.

6.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. ph69 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is identified, ph69 will reverse the funds to the originating account and may suspend the Player account pending investigation.

6.4 ph69 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside ph69's control.

6.5 Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt. ph69 cannot be responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. ph69 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. ph69 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side; however, receiving bank or e-wallet fees may apply.

7.3 Withdrawals will only be paid to payment accounts registered in the Player's own verified name. ph69 does not process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties.

7.4 ph69 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly where:

• The withdrawal amount is materially larger than the Player's historical average;
• The account has not previously completed a withdrawal;
• There are pending KYC or fraud review flags on the account;
• AMLA reporting thresholds have been approached.

7.5 Active Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and do not form part of the withdrawable Balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

7.6 ph69 reserves the right to reverse withdrawal requests back to a Player's account Balance if the withdrawal has not yet been processed and is under review. Players will be notified if this occurs.

Bonuses and Promotions

8.2 Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including the wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry period. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

8.3 The following general bonus rules apply across all ph69 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds;
• ph69 reserves the right to decline bonus applications or to remove Bonus Funds from an account if ph69 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being abused;
• Placing bets with the specific intention of exploiting bonus terms ("bonus hunting") rather than genuine recreational play is prohibited and may result in account review;

Game Rules and Fairness

Prohibited Conduct

10.1 Players must not engage in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, withholding of Balance, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement:

• Money laundering: using ph69 to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity in violation of Philippine AMLA provisions;

10.2 ph69 uses fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts under investigation may be suspended pending the outcome of the review. ph69 will endeavour to complete reviews promptly and notify Players of outcomes in writing.

Responsible Gaming

11.1 ph69 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player's account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a configurable amount of continuous play time.

Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the ph69 Platform — including but not limited to the ph69 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of ph69 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph69 Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any ph69 content.

12.3 Game titles, themes, graphics, and audio available on ph69 are the intellectual property of their respective game providers. ph69 does not own these game assets — it licenses them under agreements with certified game studios.

Limitation of Liability

13.1 ph69 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph69 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph69 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from a Player's gambling activities, including all wagers placed and lost on any game;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;

• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with account security obligations;

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ph69's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming law.

13.4 In all cases where ph69's liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

14.2 ph69 is regulated by PAGCOR and operates in compliance with Philippine gaming law. PAGCOR has jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved between ph69 and the Player directly.

14.3 In the event of any dispute between ph69 and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph69's internal dispute resolution process:

1. The Player submits a formal complaint to ph69 via [email protected] or through the in-account live chat;
2. ph69 acknowledges receipt within 48 hours and provides a substantive response within 10 business days;
3. If the Player is not satisfied with ph69's response, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory review.

14.4 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms where alternative dispute resolution has not produced a resolution acceptable to both parties.

Amendments to These Terms

15.1 ph69 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required due to changes in Philippine gaming regulations, PAGCOR directives, business decisions, or improvements to the Platform.

15.2 When material amendments are made, ph69 will notify registered Players by email to their registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect.

15.3 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the page header. The most current version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions.

15.4 If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
